This is probably the last image that I will post in this series - I just love this old house!

I traveled to one of my favorite locations for the sunrise - it was gorgeous! I manually combined three separate frames to create this natural HDR image.
Lake 22 is a beautiful mountain lake located in the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington State. This image is made up of multiple exposures (and a little creativity!) blended by hand (old fashion HDR!).
The wheat grass was nearly up to my neck! I shot this gorgeous barn as the sun slowly set behind it. Check out a larger version of this shot.

Give Me Faith

This is an image I have been sitting on for about six months. I knew what I wanted to do with it, but just never had the time (or patience) to get there. It is a composite made from several frames and was quite a nightmare to work on. I was standing in the water with my tripod snapping off images. I didn't know until later on when I started processing the shots that the sand was giving way under the legs of my tripod ever so slightly every few frames. The water was moving, the clouds were moving and my tripod was moving! Combining the frames manually was very tedious.

All-in-all I am pleased with the results - it just took far too long to process!
I captured this lovely image Skagit County, Washington on a day teetering between sun and rain. The final Photoshop file took over four hours to process and it weighs in at about two gigabytes!
This is an image I took last year - I have been going through my archives and processing images I never had a chance to play with.
Multiple images, tons of layers, a handful of blending modes, a few filters and a couple of Advil! I am loving it!

Enter Into the Darkness

This is a high dynamic range image created from three separate frames. The images were actually taken in the morning on a clear day. I chose to process it to create a dark, nighttime feel.

Yep - it's pretty creepy inside. Lots of fun!
